Edward J. Nolter joined The Law Offices of James H. Horton as an associate in the firm’s Denton office in June 2012. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford with a degree in public relations and sociology. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude. Mr. Nolter received the certificate of Merit Award and an Honors Scholarship while at Cooley Law School. Mr. Nolter handles a wide variety of cases at the Law Offices of James H. Horton, including: Criminal Defense, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, and Probate. He is also certified as an attorney ad litem by the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Nolter is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
